In this position you will interact with and support the Test Systems Group Hardware, CAD, Mechanical, Assembly, and Software engineering teams, internal customers, and external suppliers on behalf of the Test Systems Group. Your primary duties will be to perform administrative duties such as, generating and processing key process indicator “KPI” reporting with process analysis to address corrective and preventative action related issues identified in supported team activities, generate by-weekly QA reports, assist the engineering teams in writing technical operating specifications, develop task and process related training materials, and perform internal and external audits as needed.Enter Job Description
Education & Experience Requirements: Electronic Degree with a minimum 2+ years industry experience, or
Military technician training or industry training with a minimum 5+ years industry related experience.
Requirements & Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills is a must. (e.g. Verbal, Written, Regular communications in a timely manner), Familiarity with or the ability to learn systems like SharePoint, Tableau (or similar data analysis tool), Altium, Oracle, SQL, and Office tools. Collect and document test results in concise and meaningful reports. Proficiency in leading and building teams with management skills are a plus. Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, bills of materials, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions. Some familiarity with assorted test/measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, power supply, source meter, function generator, network analyzer, Test systems, etc.).
